Carnage, Verlinden Productions did a Decal sheet on Aircraft Warning flags . They were actually rub-ons. The sheet # DTAV 743-01. It has 1/72nd, 1/48th and 1/32nd scale all on the same sheet. It also has a small [2.5"x 3.5"] red backer sheet to mount decals on. I am not sure this sheet is still available from VP, you might be able to find it in a DG swap board or Ebay. If I remember corectly there was an article in a FSM awhile back on this subject, you might look in the archives here also. HTH, Viper50.
