What color alclad aluminum should i use?

this is my first try with alclad lacquers. ive read a lot of good things about them so i thought i would try it for myself. my subject is a P-51D. what color alclad aluminum should i purchase for the bare metal look? do you polish the "polished aluminum" color? thanks in advance.
