Revell Germany reissued their 1/32 MiG-29 in the early 1990s, just after Socialism started losing its grip.
If I recall correctly, that issuing of the kit had Russian markings amoung those of other nations.
A few years back, Cutting Edge had a couple of 1/48 sheets for MiG-29s and I think one of the sheets had a couple of Russian versions on it. Check with Meteor Productions, they should be able to tell you if the sheets are still in production, and if they are, should be able to sell you a set of them.
