Chris,
I'm building the panda kit now...nice break from hasagawa projects...i wouldn't touch your "K-35" or "KSF" with a 10 ft pole. :]

Background - was looking in the K-Mart toy department for something for my nephew, when I happened across this on a bottom shelf. approx 45cm long, which would make it 1/30 or thereabouts. Fodder for an ambitious rework project? You'd have to do an enormous amount of cutting (nasty-looking/feeling brittle plastic) and bondo work - nose contour looks way off. Vertical tail angle is way off. Don't know how the plastic would take to any kind of finish. But if you'd want a big, *cheap* F-35 to play around with...even literally ;-)

If anyone is courageous/foolhardy/desperate enough to want one, and doesn't have a K-Mart handy, give a yell...mine has about a dozen left - about half of them in a bright blue scheme.

Chris
