First off, I'd like to thank those of you that bought our F4F DVD. We certainly hope you found it useful and enjoying. For those of you who haven't bought on yet you can get it from Amazon.com and Historic Aviation (catalog or website). Or, you can order direct from us at www.aircraftfilms.com

Our next DVD will be on the F-86 and it's almost finished. It will be released in late March. The F-86 set will include:

43 minute documentary built on a series of vignettes narrated by the people associated with the event. For instance, John Henderson (a North American F-86 tech rep) discusses the XP-86 and the first Sabres to arrive in Korea.

There is footage from Kimpo, Taegu, and Suwon. There is a segement devoted to Taiwan RoCAF F-86s and their combat with MiG-17s in 1958 (first use of the Sidewinder missle). The set includes a walkaround of a restored F-86L and 43 minutes of gun camera footage. Also included are some wartime interviews with aces such as McConnell, Fernandez, Jabara, Rudell, Garrison ... and an Astronaut, too.

Plus a whole lot more (over 5 hours).

The website ( http://www.aircraftfilms.com ) will be updated several times over the next few weeks. We welcome any comment and/or suggestions.

BTW, we begin gathering material for the F4U Corsair next week.
