OK,
I have 3 1/72 planes at home; a power armor piece at Douglas Models; 2 Batboats, a sci fi 6 wheeler, 37mm AT gun and Marder III at Great Models; Spiderman & 4 1/72 planes on display at the Salt Lake Library.

The Guiness World Record holder for most different built airplane models is our current club president. Rob Humphrey currently has 1814 planes built with most of them on display in one room of his home. He also has a few Aurora figures and armor pieces.

i think thats it ,lets see thats 10 aircraft i have a 1-350 arleigh burk and uss newjersy on shelves in a huthch
And i have 3 tanks m5 m41 and a tiger
i have about,,, 200 maybe 300 -maybe 400 unbuilt the collection just keeps getting bigger :)
ohh and the tamyia 1-48 p-51 on my desk just needs decaling

Models display-worthy: 1/35 scale BT-5 (armor: hiss!)
10 x 30 mm pewter figure (I usually paint for friends)
In the works- 1/48th Il-2 Sturmovik
1/35 BM-13 Katyusha

lets see:::::
it`s all in my hobby room
I`ve got one shelf of us navy a/c all in 1/72 that will be 7
And on my RNAF lives 5 in 1/72
In the bookshelf there is quite a mix of 12 wwII a/c in 1/72
and 2 jets in the same scale
there is 4 spits and a bf109 in 1/48+ a sea fury. That would be 6 in 1/48
plus 1 one stuka in 1/24. and thats a beast
also I have two motorcycles in 1/12
Over to the armorshelf there is 8 kits in 1/48

All in all thatwouldbe 43 sets
SATISFIED???

I have 27 finished kits on display in my workshop ,mostly 1/48 fighters. I can't believe how many some of you have on display!

I have 21 completed ac/helios on the shelf in 1/48 one of which is 1/72.

I have 14 started ac/helios in 1/48, 3 ac/helio in 1/32. and one in 1/72

I have in excess of 850 kits in the boxes in Hanger No. 3.

I'm still stuck in the Gulf of Mexico 2 days past my regular crew change! Dar n weather anomaly! No helicopters flying, no crew boats running!

All planes are 1/48
Had lots more but most died in the move.

for me 3, p-40b (for the ph group build) cocpit almost finished
f4f testing my skills
m3 109g still trying to find the italian markings, always out of stock.

Spend less time on the Forum and more time building kits. Not being picky, just acknowledging my own short comings. Just started back and have completed two of 37 I bought to get back into the hobby. Give most 1/32nds to my grandson (4 yrs) and the rest will go to VA Hospital. I'll keep pictures and try to keep building in the hopes of getting better results. Now all I have to do is make a workshop and buy an airbrush. My 2 cents [2c]

Let's see airplanes:
Spitfire MK I, P-51D, Wildcat, F4U-1, Ruffe, P-47D, P-51B, A6M5, ME-163 (1/32), Frank, P-51A, F4U-1D, a second Spitfire MK I. Plus Wildwilliamwilly's F4U-1D.

Cars:
TR3A, VW New Beetle, Jag XKE (1/8), TR2, Jag MkII.

so that's 14 1/48 airplanes, 1 1/32 airplane, 4 1/24 cars, 1 1/8 car. 20 models, about 25 months of building. Just getting started................

I have a little over one hundred 1/48 WW II aircraft (mostly fighters, some bombers) displayed in bookcases, a hutch, and anywhere else they'll fit. There's also over one hundred more 1/48 fighters & bombers damaged in my last move (they were displayed before the "moving horror")

I live in a huge old century home with four bedrooms, living room, family room and formal dining room. Both the boys have moved out to college and it's just me, the wife and my 16 year old daughter now. The dining room and family room have a lot displayed there and the modeling room is becoming fairly full too. My daughter likes the space ships so those are all displayed in her room. It is kind of like a museum, my wife does complain sometimes but she does not have to dust them. Let me tell you about dusting, 3 cans of compressed air and an entire weekend - I don't do that too often, maybe that's why she complains. I need to make arraingements with a museum somewhere to take these off my hands when I sell the house and move into something smaller.

I´m a bit astonished.
nsclcctl: Did I understand that right (or is my old school English kidding me)? You are a novice??? You mean kind of newbie? Having finished 32 models? What am I? A baby? I have finished 3 models in 9 months, including 1 1/32 and 2 1/48, all standing on the shelf (or in the office). The 4th one is ready for completion now. The fifth just started.
Swanny, what is your house like? You must be living in the Buckingham Palace, or Neu Schwanstein perhaps. Can I send my finished ones to you? Just to give them a good home.

OK guys, step up. I don't want to know how many boxes of unfinished products you have, lets see who has the biggest collection on this board. Post the number of completed kits, you can break it down to 1:72 and 1:48 bvut they have to be on your shelf on display in your house. Not in attics, boxes or bedrooms. On display so the milkman can see them as he is running from your house (hahahaha)

I will post mine with a qualifier, I am a novice.

Total on display- 32
