I'm just about finished a project that I'm pretty sure is hypothetical, but now I need some confirmation, hope you folks can help as I'm not any sort of expert on WWII Axis stuff.
I'm building a 1/72 ME-163 Komet and putting it in Italian markings for North African operations.
It's to my understanding that while the Italians might have taken one or two Komets for testing purposes, they never had them in service.
Recently I've been told that Italy did use them, I doubt it highly, but as I'm no expert on the aircraft and its deployments, I hope someone here who knows more about it could help me out here.
Am I still safe in calling what I'm doing hypothetical?
