HaHa Shrikes, you're right about that! About 15 years ago, we had a surprise visit by the Conferderate Airforce's Junkers Ju-52. They were returning from Arkansas with a brand new paint job and stayed overnight in Cameron. I was working out in the country and about 5:00 pm I heard an unusual sounding(gotta love those trimotors) plane flying over. So of course, I ran outside to see what it was. It was so cool to look up through the bare winter trees and see the "Tante Ju" flying low and slow. By the time I got to our airport, there was a big crowd gathering to see the plane. We all got to climb in and take a look around. Next morning, I went out to watch them take-off. They got stuck at one end of the runway when they ran off the pavement. Some local WWII vets pulled them out with their Suburban. But, I was so excited, I FORGOT to take pictures! Gary
