No. If you're talking about the East-German manufacturer of mostly Soviet helicopters and airliners, definitely no. VEB-Plasticard is another name they are known by. A German company is re-releasing some of them now under yet another label. The scale is odd, 1/100, for a start, the plastic is hard but brittle, difficult to work with, details are very scarce and panel lines are raised and often over-scale. I have a couple on the go, and have started a few more but other than a their Tu-144, I've never completed one so far (and that was in 1988)... Still, if they have the subject you want, you're not likely to find it at that scale anywhere else...
