where can i find a....?
Posted by Mogwa on Tuesday, February 17, 2004 4:37 PM
Does anyone know where I can get my hands on a 1/48 black box f-14 cockpit part # 48047? I have tried several hobby stores who show it on there websites and it is out of stock. One fine lad said he could get it so I ordered it and guess what? Im still trying to get a refund from that joker. Anyway, I hope this doesnt violate the forums rules. Just if anyone knows where I can get one, you can E mail if posting would constitute advertising on the forums.

Go here ... http://www.clubhyper.com/forums/planetradingframe.htm and post a request for it. Also try this one ... http://www.aircraftresourcecenter.com at the buy-and-sell forum.
If no results there then Evil-Bay is probably your last hope.

Ft Drum, Watertown, right? Man, you must be cold and snowy up there. I used to live in Auburn - hated the weather.

yeah its not too bad, I guess. I'm originally from Nebraska so I'm used to cold and snow. I may have found a guy with a pit for my F-14.
