Okay, first of all, I got a 1:72 Academy F-14A Tomcat. But the catch is, I don't want to follow the painting scheme that it gave me so I made my own painting scheme.
About the scheme:
The painting scheme is based on the original VF-142 Ghostriders high visibility painting scheme of the U.S. Navy that embodies the emblems of CVN-69 USS Eisenhower. The Red Ghostriders is a painting scheme that I designed with a red motif. The entire body can be painted in either ghost gray, dark gray, or flat black. It does not represent any fictional emblems except for the original VF-142 emblems.
About the VF-142C Red Ghostriders:
The US Navy Fighter Squadron 142 Classified codename "Red Ghostriders" is a special squadron established by the US Navy under the permission of the Federal Government of the United States and the Central Intelligence Agency. It was formally established in April 2010 under the name of VF-1B codename Fighter Squadron One Bloody Wolfpack; it became a sub-unit of VF-1 Wolfpack. And on September 2010, President Obama officially renamed the Bloody Wolfpack to Fighter Squadron 142 Classified codename Red Ghostriders. Along with that is the declaration of the entire VF-142C to be classified as it will be the prime intelligence squadron of the United States.
The VF-142C is estimated to have over half a thousand members including its own ground crews and fighter pilots which were handpicked by the CIA and the Secretary of Defense. The squadron also didn't use any fighter jets except for the Grumman F-14 Red Fighters which were especially designed by the Northrop Grumman Corporation for the Fighter Squadron 142 Classified.
The establishment of the squadron played a very important role in the 2011 Operation Neptune Spear as they acted as the prime surveillance squadron along with the UAV Drones as they flew across the Pakistani territory completely undetected and provided the US Government enough top secret information as to where call name Geronimo is.
Up until now, much of the VF-142C profiles are still classified.

Enough fiction, I made that story up so let's get to the painting... :D For most of the parts, I used Bosny Flat Black Lacquer and Bosny Primer Grey Lacquer.
And here are some of the pics of the paint job so far...
For the nozzles, I used Tamiya Gun Metal Acrylic with Lacquer Thinner in a 2:1 ratio...
