I made one in Excel quite a few years ago and it is a help with the 800 + kits I have. My biggest problem is remembering to "update" it after my trips to Hobby Lobby or a "road trip" to shop for plastic. I really need to do a complete inventory, but don'f feel like going through all the shuffling of kits it would take.

Clear Left!

I know this product for a long time but it never worked on my machines, through several versions of Windows, so I decided to compose one by myself; it's not perfect, but it's perfectible, so I am happy with it

Thank you all for coming José

Oh definately! Wasn't knocking it at all...

Also, is that url supposed to be www.kitsinfo.com? I tried it and it doesn't work and I'd like to at least look at this thing.

I looked at it, but as you said, there's always MS DB or Access. I just thought it was worth a look.My 2 cents [2c]

There's several programs out there for this type of thing. I just use my own system on MS Works Database. Use it for everything; kits, decals, books, rags, CD's, websites and other stuff...

BTW, that URL you provided doesn't seem to work...

Kit Database

I ran across this in the GMS Newsletter and thought I'd pass it on. This is a database built for modelers. It has various categories to take advantage of; kit #'s, decals, comments, etc. Requires downloading and for those of us who have more kits than we can build and get all starry eyed in the LHS and can't remember if we have THAT ONE? Try it and let everybody know if it's any good.
