Just putting this out there to see who would be interested, it won't start until 10 November 2014, the 239th anniversary of the United States Marine Corps. End date would be no earlier than April 2015 but no later than September 2015 that can be determined later.

All I need to know is if your interested, if I get 10 people from here and the armor forum who want to, I'll make a thread in the GB section.

Hum...... Just got me some Camdecals for a 1/48 F-4J from VMFA-235 "Death Angels" and is sure  a colorful one so throw my name in the hat for that November start date.

aha !! finally, a group build that only Jarheads can participate in !!,,,,,what, wait,,,,,that is not what you meant??

oh, okay,,,,,a group build of all Jarhead subjects,,,,that does sound more fun

I am in with an F-8E in 1/72 from VMF(AW)-212 on the Oriskany, loaded with Light Red napalms on both wing pylons. I have been wanting to find a good reason to go off-topic to build that aircraft for a while,,,,,,a Marine Group Build sounds like the perfect place to do so.

I will need to be reminded somehow when November gets here, although our birthday may be enough of a memory jog, haha

As a retired Marine I am probably obligated to jumping in on this GB. Although I am currently committed to three GBs I should have one of those completed by November to devote attention to a Marine build. I cannot identify whether I will contribute an air, land or sea build but, place me on the roster. Semper Fi!

Count me in as well. Not sure about the subject just yet.  Likely to be WW2 PTO in 1:48...we'll see.
