Bf 110 Control Panel
Posted by Bocks Suv on Saturday, May 31, 2014 9:09 PM
I got a deal on one of those big Eduard control panel kits with the dials and PE. All the google pics I see are very clean and precise but kinda boring. Black, grey maybe some colored dial trims. But I'm wondering if anyone knows of some possible color schemes (desert tan, green chromate, or 2-tone?) that might be more interesting and still accurate for the plane. Also, did these panels ever show wear, fluid leaks or chipped paint? Thanks for your tips.

I've got the IP for the 109, from the image on the box, they do look rather drab. But if you want to be accurate, they were always dark grey, RLM 66. But it could be well weathered, not sure about fluid leaks, but certainly wear and chipping on switchers and levers and there would be dust, especially in Africa and Russia.

I am a Norfolk man and i glory in being so
