Found some more data on that plane. It's called the FH-40 Hawker Hurricane Bi-Mono plane. Only one was made and tested by the RCAF late in the war. One company did make a kit of the model. It was Omega Model company. One is listed on Ebay. 1/72 Omega FH-40 Hawker Hurricane. It's out of production and has been for many years. Scratch building it would be the only reasonable option.

Here is some additional info.

Ya know, looking at that plane and its upper wing, it doesn't look any different than the lower. I think one could get two kits and bash an upper wing out and make it fit with out too much fuss. That would be a fun build. In my opinion. I may put that on my list of "to do's".
