                        My F84-G is complete except for the front landing gear. It appears that this is a really poor design and the landing gear will fall apart as soon as weight is put on it. Does anyone have any suggestions for reinforcing the Gear assembly?

                        There are aftermarket metal landing gear replacements or you can drill into the strut and reinforce it with fine wire like piano wire, or a fine straight pin. This takes a small drill bit and a pin vice and a steady hand.

                        I reinforced the front landing gear by adding a piece of spure.
