Revell 1:64 A10 Warthog need some help!
Posted by UlteriorModem on Thursday, May 7, 2015 5:17 PM

I am closing in on finishing the Revell 1:64 A10 Warthog kit and has gone fairly well up until this point.

There are a few parts that make up the landing gear bay 'door' that affix to the landing gear somehow but it is very unclear. The instructions leave a bit to be desired and the parts don't lend themselves to intuitive fit. Ie the slots and tabs don't really line up unless I have it all wrong.

I researched images of completed models which there are many, however 95% of those images show the top of the model and those that don't show the underside of the model with the hardpoints loaded up obstructing the view of the LG detail.

I was hoping that either someone else has this model or can point me to a source of more detailed images to lead me to what I need to do.

Thanks in advance!

Try looking at images of the real thing and see if that helps you to figure out what goes where. I have one in the stash but I have not yet built it, so I cant help from that perspective.

You can if you want to. When you hit reply, you and only you can edit the subject line.

I echo the comments about looking at the real thing. I really like Prime Portal for this:
