I got to thinking about this and was wondering what exactly was meant?

The parts were treated with future polish before masking and once masking is completed I plan to blow a light coat of future to 'seal' the masking. Then I plan to airbrush the unmasked areas with us dark green same (or similar) to the fuselage exterior color.

Typically the interior of the framing would be painted to match the aircraft's interior, in this case interior green. Your exterior framing would then be painted over the interior green to match whatever exterior scheme you are using.

Whew going to have to be careful I don't post my stuff in Toshi's thread. Titles are almost identical!

At any rate it did remind me to post the last progress picture I have. It is like from a week or two ago. I hope the paint is dry by now!

Now that there are two threads on this subject I might get inspired to go on and complete this one.

Not very much to add here, if you want you can view the slideshow in the anchor post. It has any updates that have been added.

After a couple of attempts at gluing the nacelle to the wing with solvent glue turned out to be problematic.

This was my solution.

A quick look at the waist gunner guns being glued in. There is no real support for them so I opted for crystal clear.

The wing join went pretty well there are some gaps but I will live with it. I was surprised at how well the kit design held the proper diehedral nice and square.

Close up of the chin. Looks like some touch up is needed.

I highlighted the notches where the landing lights go. Yup another gap, though I don't think you will see it once the lens is on.

Okay on to this oddity. This is the top turret assembled. The instructions show you how to put it together, yet leave no clue as to how it fits into the fusealage!

This is a view from the belly. See that little tab in there? pretty sure that has something to do with it.

You see a little blob on the end of part number 47, I think that goes under the afore mentioned tab. It certainly is not a 'permanant' fix. Maybe I left a piece out?

I am just guessing here from looking at your pics (no great knowledge of the aircraft or kit), I think the clear dome gets attached first with the notches on the small tabs sticking off the back of the gun mount as shown.  I think the dome part then sits on top of the fuselage body and wherever the parts below wind up is about where they should be.  I would do several test-fits before applying any glue.

Part #76 is what holds it in. It fits over the tab on the bottom of the gun mount.

I just started the build of the top turret.  Big Jim is spot on, my caveat is the B-25J nose.  I wish it were the old Monogram kit in which the entire nose was covered.  But I can make it work.

    Although it was a great slide show , I saw a distinct problem .The plane was in pieces ! Must've been a really hard landing , huh ? Naw , looking Good .

LOL TB yea lots of pieces. Took the mechanics quite a while to put her back together again! In fact there still working on her!

I just watched your slide show..very impressive.  Nice smooth paint job. Excellent deatail painting as well.

Interesting you chose to paint before you attached the wings, I like that idea, but how do you  get glue on the fuselage to wing root from showing ?  Mine would be a mess.

Thanks for the comments guys. I have made some more progress but not much in the way of photos. Mostly decals and fitting of some of the glazing.

The wings were easy there were two fairly long tabs that slid up inside the wing core. I put glue in the little grooves they slid into so no glue on the wing roots needed. I did think about that and it worked out fine.

Every time I check out this build it makes me look up at the one I did. It was my second kit completed after getting back into the hobby. I had so many fit and fill issues with that one I still have flashbacks. Fortunately you have made this one look outstanding. Nice work on a less than perfect kit. Keep at it.
