These kits are as rare as hen's teeth.  Rick Chin (Uncle Bill's Hobbies) in Calgary did a resin correction set for the Hobbycraft kits but that's even more rare.  And seeing as he passed away last year, and Uncle Bill's Hobbies is no more, you are more than likely S.O.L. in finding a conversion and if you do, you'll probably end up paying an arm and a leg, unless the vendor is being very generous.  Good luck in your search.  Good luck in your endeavour.

I saw one today at Piper Hobby in Chantilly, VA  for about $25 but I don't think it was the Snowbirds marking.  You may want to call them and see if they can ship.  I have an extra Belcher's Bits decal sheet for that kit which I'll be putting on EBay soon.  I had zero luck finding the resin set though so it'll be a manual detailing effort whenever I get around to it :)

Being Canadian designed and built, I have to assume these attributes make it an undesirable venture by mainstream model companies.  So Hobbycraft is your only option for 1/48.  Assuming you have tried ebay, try searching online Canadian hobby shops.  If you do any traveling, popping into a department store might surprise you.  I recall seeing one in a small town hardware store of all places.

Here's an online shop to get you started:

You will be probably looking at independent shops where you have to contact them first for availability and ordering.

When I was in Pensacola, Bobe's Hobby house had one. You might want to give them a call.

I am looking for a 1/48th scale CT-114 Tudor from Canadair in "SnowBird" mode. I know that Hobby Craft used to make one but I can't find one anywhere. Also Uncle Bill's Hobbies also made a resin upgrade set for the Tudor in 1/48th scale but I can't seem to find that either. I think I heard that the owner passed away.

The Snow birds have been around for awhile so why don't we have more kits around for the Tudor?
