Assuming you're talking about the single-piece Erla canopy, google "Erla canopy" or "Erla haube" and you'll find lots of photos that should answer your questions. It's one of those that's tough to figure out unless you can see it from the right angle.

Cheers

Greg

Bf 109G-14 canopy - late version
Posted by davenport_r on Sunday, June 14, 2015 7:48 AM

I'm working on a 1/48 Bf 109G-14, using Aires resin and photoetch for the cockpit.  I'm having trouble figuring out how the clear resin armor, with accompanying photoetch, go together and fit into the late version canopy.  The instructions are vague and none of my references illustrate that kind of detail.  Can someone help?

Thanks.
