I'm in serious need of an eye exam anyway, might as well use this as the reason to do it lol

dunno when I'll get it on the work bench, but it'll get posted here as a WIP.

The kit I got with it, that was the real jewel of the two that came in the box from Japan........

Decals are typical even at 1/72or 1/96. It won't matter for your Poseidon, but they make airliner striping masking WAY easier.

Modeling is an excuse to buy books.

If you are so inclined and feeling masochistic you could always cut out the windows/windscreen and use any number of ways to do the windows (clear packaging from pretty much anything cut to fit, testors clear parts glue, etc.).

got her out of the box in the car on the way home yesterday.

quality of the moldings is excellent, but aside from the wings and fuselage, everything is TINY..........lol

there are NO clear styrene parts, aside from the stand to model the kit in flight, all windows are rendered with decals.

I'll take pictures here in the next couple days and post them this weekend.

I worked on the initial limited production runs of some of the electronic subsystems Boeing designed for the P-8A and there's a few certificates of thanks from their engineering team hanging over my bench. Looking forward to seeing what you do with this build!

Gotta pick up my Hasegawa P-8A at the post office on the way back to the house after work today. Never been too hyped up over the small scale airliner type birds, but have always liked the Navy's patrol birds.

Pictures and an in-box review later this week.
