Nice work, but 'normal' RAF nomenclature would be Mk XII (or Mk12 for post war stuff)

Thank you - this was the first Griffon-powered Spitfire in my collection and now I'm preparing two Mk XIV from Academy. Next will be the PR XIX.
Jon_a_its - I agree, but I was told (or I read somewhere - don't remember now) that it should be "Spitfire XII" (without Mk) or simply "Mk XII" (when you don't use the name Spitfire) - at least for the erarlier version
