I hate to bother you pros, but has any one heard of the release of the 1/32 Lancaster, I saw it is on back order at FT hobbies. I have a special card for this one. I WILL buy it no matter the cost.

The only thing I know is that it is from Hong Kong Models. Its not my cup of tea, so I have not been following it. But it was announced a couple of years ago, and i just did a search and could not find any release date. So I would not hold your breath.

But you can get some AM decals for it if you want. Some of those have already been released.

It's supposed to release this year. Sounds like 4th quarter from inside sources elsewhere.

Cheesy, I heard that as well from a guy at the model club who does a lot of these high price 32nd kits. He had brought an unbuilt HK Mossie in with him and I asked him about the Lanc.

You will need a police flash light to Judge that .Looks like in 2016..If earlier then I will be shocked.1/32 scale in bombers is just to big for the avid modeler. At this time of the modeling hobby, modelers are having to deal w/the 1/32 scale jets like the Flanker and A-6 Intruder.Lancaster in that scale will be large.Good luck and use strong glue and screws.

No problems pat. I hope when you do build it you post some pics on here. Not a kit I would buy in this scale myself, but would certainly like to see it.

Hey Brish, I have built 1/32 widow, mitchell, B-17, I build not completely as the instructions call for, expt for interior. I use PE for that, its so much better than I can do. also I dont always paint as the instructions call for. when I am satisfied, thats all that matters to me, dont think I will ever post my models, and I have many, dont want my long hours picked apart, bout what I should have done. Iam in it for the love of the hobby and thats about it. P.S. I would love to attend a model expo next time it is close to Arkansas
