this kit isnt the 1/72 heller DC-6 kit i bought in 1978! the instructions look very detailed  but its a large kit maybe i can find some more room in the shop thankyou Paul and Pawel I think i can find some info on early vietnam markings for this plane

No this is an all new tool, new mold kit... I have a feeling it's gonna be gorgeous!

Pawel, I would be most surprised if there was not one DC-4/C-54 assiciated somehow with Vietnam. According to my Vietnam Air War Debrief book, it was involved there in the early days with the USAF, USN, and USMC, in a support role.

F is for FIRE, That burns down the whole town!

U is for URANIUM... BOMBS!

N is for NO SURVIVORS...

Hello!

The instructions for it can be seen on the Revell site:

http://www.revell.de/fileadmin/import/images/bau/04877_%23BAU_C-54D_SKYMASTER.PDF

Judging by this, it's a very nice model. I wonder if it can be done in a paint scheme somehow connected to Vietnam War...

Have a nice day

Paweł

Yes. A few vendors have had it for sale in the U.S. but in short supply. My FSM review model will be featured in the upcoming December issue. It's a honey!
