Of the dozens of model planes i've looked at on this forum, this one stands out as my favorite. I just can't get over how amazing the painting and weathering look.  I keep coming back to it over and over... I've showed my coworkers (who couldn't care less about model building) as an example of how skilled some of you guys are.

Beautiful work! I love seeing vintage kits updated and upgraded to modern day standards, and man did you deliver!

Beautiful build! Love the weathering...what did you use for the streaking? I'm looking to do something similar on the Hurricane I'm doing and could hope for it to turn out half as good. Thanks very much for sharing!

Wow - you, sir, have a lot more patience (not to mention skill) than I do. Excellent build - it looks like a great finish on a modern kit. You did that one proud.

I'm at a loss for words on the weathering. That's really impressive

I still say the Airfix kits are often overlooked as poor quality. But, as you have shown with a little work they really do look nice when worked up a bit. Super nice job here.

That is a great build, I'll be using this build as a reference.  Great job!

WinkHello,

Back here this time with a vintage kit. Completly rescribed and riveted with a lot of new parts (cockpit, landing gear, etc...). Just to match with the new products of this excellent brand.

Thanks for looking,

AE
