Shes a beauty!  Ive never seen an Etendard in these colors before.

Grant - I wish you hadn't said there were problems with the tail decal, I'm getting eye strain looking for them, none seen so far. 

A beautiful job you made of it, thanks for the post and photos.

Hi everyone, just finished off this little guy today, the kit is very basic and instructions very simple and due the simplicity, vague for some pieces. The decals are Syhart, and went down a treat EXCEPT for the tail, things went real bad here, the sections did not seem to be made to fit the stabilizer, so I did the best I could, getting a few tears in the decals. I patched up best as I could with paint, so not perfect in areas, but I still like it and it will sit in the display cabinet.

Paints are AK Aluminium (Xtreme metal), over a nornal primer, not gloss black. And the black is Tamiya semi-gloss black. Pictures of the real aircraft show it immaculate, so I used a bit of black wash (Flory) for panel lines.
