Nice whiffer build! I'll take a guess and say the wings came from a Mig-21 kit.

Very cool Eatthis, no idea where the wing came from but it looks so natural there it seems like something that should have been built- nice idea and work there!

i dont live too far from cosford and iv bee a few times, this year the tsr2 was out on its own and it was like approaching some mythical beast! i was in awe of it!
ps its a big airplane too
if you get a chance to get upto Cosford Museum, the TSR2 is mind-blowing, so far ahead of it's time.
it does look quite alot like a mirage iv (about 25% bigger though) but the wing didnt come from a mirage
Yeah- it looks pretty "Miragey".
After that Airfix kit came out, there were lots of what-ifs with different services, I like the hack-job you did.
Modeling is an excuse to buy books.
heres a clue theyre not the same scale as the tsr2 kit (1/72)
That is an amazing build.

Thats pretty creative! Where did the wings come from?
Although the tsr2 designs looked promising the uk government decided not to persue the project before it got off the drawing board due to cost.the project was resurected as a joint anglo french agreement but the french were unhappy with the small wing area and demanded a redesign in this area.unsurprisingly they put forward a delta design which was eventually accepted by the british under the proviso that they keep the blown control surface. the upshot of this was extremely short take off roll and larger payload and fuel.
