Trumpeter 1/32 Ju87A build
Posted by Heavens Eagle on Thursday, November 19, 2015 3:35 PM

Picked this kit up right after it was released.  Personally I like large scale kits because I like to super detail them.  This was something new and a little unique.  Also I have never built a Trumpeter kit before.  I have heard that they tend to have fit issues, so I will get to see for myself just how much of an issue that really is.

Just a note before getting started, I am building this for a group build on another forum so there might be some reference to that.

With that in mind here is the start which I will follow up with the first installment.

The next installment will be up shortly. . .

You have my undivided attention. I have been wanting to get this but was concerned it might suffer from similar issues to the B kit.

What colours does it give for the scheme.

Now for some actual building stuff.  I am doing this as a break from my DeAG Millennium Falcon build in the SciFi section.  As with all my builds, your comments and questions are most welcome.

Hope you enjoyed.  I should have more up on this soon so stay tuned!

Very nice kit, I like the aftermarket items as well.  You're doing a phenomenal job.  I always wanted to make a Stuka.  Now that I see your build, I will possibly make this my next build.  Thank you for the detailed analysts of your WIP.

I have a large new post here for everyone.  Hope everyone out there is having a great day and those observing Thanksgiving are having a wonderful time with friends and family.

There is a bit of information here including some good info on bending Photo Etch (PE).  I will break this up into a couple of posts as there are a lot of pictures in this installment.

Enjoy!

To be continued....
