To get it right, go with Humbrol. It's a pretty unique color.

The other color is Extra Dark Sea Gray.

Modeling is an excuse to buy books.

A green grey colour easily mistaken for Olive Drab.

Humbrol and Xtracolour both do this colour. Looking at it on the Hannants site, it appears a green colour. My comparison chart gives Tamiya XF-13 JA Green as there equivalent.

I am a Norfolk man and i glory in being so

I'm working on a model of a Fleet Air Arm Swordfish and the instructions call for a paint color called dark slate gray. I'm trying to figure out which color that is. Honestly where I grew up all the slate was dull blue or dull blue-gray. Can anyone point me to a good model masters or tamiya color for this?
