The old Revell f-14D 1/48

Finished her up last night, The Revell 1/48 F-14D with my attempt to backdate it to a B model. it was a good modern navy painting excercise for me, along with trying some weathering.

Thanks Brindos. No AM stuff used just the chin pod from my spares box and the seats from the academy kit.

That does look nice. Well done. I nearly got that kit but when I went back for it, it was gone and they haven't gotten another. Oh well, you did it for me. Awesome work.

I love that salt technique on jets.  I don't actually do jets myself, but I've seen enough of them in museums etc to know they weather quite like that.
