Identify maker of Bugatti P100 kit?

At the Brewer Brothers kit swap meet today I bought a 1/72 kit of the Bugatti P100 racing plane. It cost me $2 and was in a zip loc bag with no instructions, decals, or any paperwork. The kit is obviously a limited run styrene injection kit showing the big sprues indicative of a low pressure injection tool, no locator pins, vacuform canopy, etc. The vendor had no idea who made it, it's not one of the P100 kits made by SharkKit or Planet Models, and I can't find it anywhere on-line. It looks like it will build into a nice model once I clean up the surfaces and I would like to know the manufacturer when I post a photo of the completed kit to the gallery. I am hoping the FSM hive mind can help ID it.
