ROG is putting out some very nice and well detailed kits. I have the 1/32 F-8 in my stash and plan on starting it very soon. All the reviews give it excellent ratings. The engine alone is a small kit by itself. IMO ROG fell just a tad short on the pit detail so some help from the Eduard pe set will vastly improve the pit detailing which is very visible in this large scale.

Go to InternationalBritishModeler/UK Guy in the USA

He did an outstanding job on the 1/32nd FW-190F-8 and he explains what he did.

Very well done videos with music to enjoy too

I can't give you any feedback but I did purchase the same kit.  I'll be following this build closely.

Some background on the title....

Purchased a Revell Porsche 918 kit, the body was warped so badly it wouldn't mate with the frame even when clamped on every corner. Revell is sending me a new body/bumper and mirrors - YAY!

Purchased an old cheapie ERTL A-10 kit that was a nightmare with so much scratch/customizing to make it actually look like the actual aircraft - ugh.

Purchased TWO Kinetic A-6E kits which just stunk on ice. Missing or misformed pieces. Instructions that even Einstein would scratch his head at. Just no.

Enter the Fw190.

I was a little aprehensive to purchase another Revell kit, but their service was great - so why not. I really wanted to find a Tamiya kit I would enjoy, but it seems that price (Cdn$ is terrible right now) and availability of what I was trying to build didn't line up.

Has anyone built this kit? Good or bad feedback? Upgrade or customization tips? I decided to purchase Testors Acrylic for the airbrushing as it seems to like my setup. Looking forward to finally building a kit with little problems...... here's hoping.

Cheers!
