1/72 Condor Legion Ju87A Stuka
Posted by Nezih Icoz on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 10:46 AM

Hello mates, i would like to share with you my newly completed kit. Special Hobby's Junkers Ju87 Anton, hispanik Condor Legion service during Spanish Civil War.

It is really exiting model, If you like to build 1/72 scale rare models like this, of course there is some quality, fitting and detail problems but anyway it is nice model. Injection canopy and P.E parts etc. are inclueded also. For the luftwaffe early splinter camo I used RLM 61, 62, 63a and 65. I hope you'll like it, thx.

Well done! That's beautifully finished. I don't see many aircraft from this period. Nice to see this subject modeled. :)

Nezih - Really an excellent build, very well detailed and finished. I most enjoy 1:72 scale, for the challenge of that smaller size you did a beautiful job. Thanks for sharing the post and photos.

Very well done Nezih!  Yes We don't see many builds from that time frame and as said above we don't see many builds of that variant. Keep up the good work and keep the photos coming.

I thinki the A-2 kit is still out there, so you should be able to grab it. I do like the SH kits, i have just finished their Whirlwind.

I think you will struggle to find a prototype Ju 87, i would liek to do one myself. The other version that can't be found in this scale is the C. I am on a mission to get as many variants as possable, but these two are stumping me.

In european webstores A-2 is out of stock. From U.S it is too much expensive when shipping included. Anyway i will catch it Devil Now my next one is Firebrand. I plan to build it for in memory of legendary test pilot Eric Winkle Brown, he past away last month.

For the Ju87 V1 first i thought it is available to build  as a scratch convertion from Ju87A... However i understood that it is impossile for me. Wings and body seems like ok but all tail from cockpit and nose completely different, you should see on photo. Anyway i need some convertion set. Take care. Nezih.

Anyone of the 3 SH 87A kits would do, they are all the same kit. I know hannants still has the one with Japanese markings.

I have done a lot of searching over the last few years, i have never come across a conversion, it would be a tough one to scratchbuild, but one day i just might have to do it.
