Can't give you an FS number, but I have recommended the old Floquil Reefer Orange, but likely you won't be able to find it anymore. Instead, look for the little square glass Testor bottle of orange (1127). It looks pink in the bottle until you stir it up. Should be just right. International orange is too dark, too red, and just not right for the Bell color.
