A simple build, but a challenge due to the fit up, which left a lot to be desired. I recall building the Monogram kit years ago.....I love the lines on this jet.

Finished with Alclad. The decals were brittle and broke apart. Did the best I could with what I had left. This kit had been in the stash so long that the decals just disintegrated...

Nice recovery on the decals Crockett.  They don't look bad at all.  And I agree - very nice lines on the Thunderstreak.

Awesome work! The alclad looks right one. This kit should remind you of the old monogram one, as I've read it's a direct copy of that kit only with recessed panel lines. I have the HobbyBoss kit in the stash and can't wait to build a streak also. One thing, is the upper wing insignia supposed to be oriented the way you have it?

Welp, there's another kit I have to buy.

Yours looks good. Well done. Beer
