Korean Corsair recommendation kit

Which kit in 1/48 or 1/32 scale would be a good representative kit of a Korean 1950 Marine ground support aircraft?

You'll want an F4U-4 variant.

I build 1/48 scale WW2 fighters.

Have fun.

Yep, I'd go with the Hasegawa F4U-4 Corsair in 1/48 scale.  Same with the F4U-5N variant.  The -5N variant can be found in either the Hasegawa or Monogram Pro-Modeller boxing.  It's the same Hasegawa plastic in both.  In either one, you can actually build either the -5 or th e-5N version.

Trumpeter makes a 1/32 F4U-4.  Not the best in many areas.  Shape and surface detail issues.
