TEDAC monitor in AH-64D in 2003

Hi

i am wondering if there is possibility that AH-64D's which took part in 2003 OIF have TEDAC monitors in gunner seat? 

In Academy model there is possibility to use decals for later AH-64's which i think i more corect, but deagostini model shows bird which was used only in march 2003.

I was sure that first of these monitors were installed around 2005.
