Can you guess the ground crews' uniform ?

Came across this picture on the net about WWII aircraft. The caption does not give much information. I would guess the aircraft under maintenance is a Messerschmitt Bf 109E. However, the uniforms of the maintenance crew is not of the Luftwaffe. Other than Germany, the Bf 109 served in other Axis nations, such as Finnland and Romania. Any other suggestions from the Forum ? Inquiring minds want to know.
