Thanks!,one of the best looking models I have ever built!
Great job on this one!
I can see why!
Wow!I sure got a lot of positive reponses on all of the forums that I visit!
The airliners did not have the jets, but I feared damage so I left them on.
I didn't know the airliners had the jets. I thought they were for the tankers so they could keep up with the newer jet fighters.
OOOH NOO MY EEYES!!!
That sinny looks perfect and great...Ive trying to make a perfect bare metal plane...but they come out dull and toyish....Im amazed for this perfect big metallic plane.
Congrats!
Outdoor pic!
Thanks!it did come out well.
Looks awesome!
Put the decals on the underside of the wings.
Okay Putting these NorthWest airliner decals on was a real bear!I had to cut the main decal into 3 sections to get them on.Unfortunately the decals had no guide so I had to search online for a airliner that matched.Found variations but not an exact match so I winged it.Still have to use Solvaset but must use great care;it is imperative that no setting solution gets on the Alclad so it must be carefully brushed on the decal only.
Yes sir!The Alclad chrome is choice!Much easier than BMF!
Chrome plated!?!?!?!?
That's a heck of a finish on that big turkey! Seriously shiny lol!!

Yeah I know!Best black paint I have ever used!I did not even have to thin it!
Holy crap that hing is shiney! It looks like you just pulled it out of a dip tank. WOW
Wow!The Alclad gloss black primer is fantastic!Talk about a mirror finish!
Mounted up the radar goiter, jet engines, and taped and epoxied the canopy area.Next I have to zinc chromate the canopy followed by primer and gloss black followed bt alclad!
