Ed Boll writes, "Last week at the 2016 IPMS USA Nationals in Columbia, SC the MICHAEL L. FRITZ Award for Excellence in Modeling World War 1 Aircraft at the IPMS/USA National Convention Sponsored by IPMS SPRUCE GOOSE was presented to John Buongiorno for his WING NUT WINGS 1/32 scale model of the Rumpler C.IV. This award is judged and presented to the newest recipient by past MICHEAL L.
