Great job on that F-16. The subtle paint scheme you've done very well. All around good-looking model.

Man, that's a nice build !

Toledo?  IDK there is a base there.  I lived in Elyria, the next town east of there. Geez, the things I gave up to move to Florida. I didn't restart my modeling hobby until I retired to Wrinkle City ,Florida and giving up visiting places, like the Dayton museum etc. is disheartening. There are a few air bases here but they are so far away.

I'm finally retired. Now time I got, money I don't.

That looks really sweet. Bet he was surprised.

how did you attach it to the base? I like the overll look it gives the ploane in flight.

In the pattern: Scale Shipyard's 1/48 Balao Class Sub! leaning out the list...NOT! Ha, added to it again - Viper MkVii, 1/32 THUD & F-15J plus a weekend madness build!

My dad's cousin has a command position in the 180th TFW of the Ohio Air Guard based in Toledo. He had helped my dad out, so I thanked him with a model for his desk. I used the Revell kit, Superscale decals, and ordnance from the new Kinetic F-18 kit. He has a patch that he's going to attach to the base. Overall it was a fun project. I kind of like "in-flight" models. I may have to do more of them.
