1/72 Eduard Mig-15's
Posted by fermis on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 7:38 AM

Just wrapped these little Fagots up last night.

Finished with MM Metalizers.

I had a little bit of "clouding" with the dull coat. I was able to get rid of most of it with more light coats...at least to a point where I can live with it. Very nice and simple kits, these are!

Nicely done.  Great cockpits.  What company produced them?  Did you use AM in the cockpits?

Ohhhhh, nice work as usual, love the natural metal finish. The Mig-15 wasn't that big a plane, they must be pretty small in 1/72nd.

Thanks dudes!

These kits are a great "relaxer"...detailed enough, without having to go wacky on em.

They are Eduard kits (part of the "Royal Class" boxing...4 kits)

A/M...technically no, as it's all included in the box. Butchya could call it a/m...two resin seats(both in the 2 seater), pe flap set, colored pe for the pits and masks for all 4 kits.

Great looking pair there, relly nicely done. I have one of these in the stash, weekend edition. How are they to build.

Ya could knock it out in a weekend!

The only troublesome spot is the "chin" piece (for the single seater), it's not terrible though. Otherwise...enjoy!
