I love the story line and very nice job for your first time AB!  What kind of AB did you use?  Thank you in advance.

Revell 1/144 Dassault Rafale M, what-if, Indian Air Force

Inspired by all the controversies surrounding the purchase of the 36 Dassault Rafale fighters for the Indian Air Force, I decided to build one in a "what-if" scheme for the Indian Air Force. The Rafale is to be purchased under the MRCA program and was being reviewed and scrutinized for the last 2 years, by the MoD (Ministry of Defence), with the IAF in desperate need to replace the ageing legendary MiG-21s.

Finally the deal was signed today and here is my inspiration to build this beautiful fighter.

This is also my first completely airbrushed kit.

I scratch built the Storm Shadow missiles and the Thames Damocles targetting pod with modelling putty.

I used "Camlin" artists acrylic paints for the model.

There were no decals available in IAF colors, so I painted the roundels and flag by hand.

Regards,

Sherbir
