Thanks for your kind compliments, Jay Jay. What does OD stand for? Probably Olive Drab. If so, the brand would be Leyland, spray-type 400cc bottle. "Art Instructor" the builder uses mother color of the paint i.e., Red, Green, Blue, Black and White and mix them into desired color until it looks right to his eyes.

That's a beautifully done B-24 Mate.

What brand of OD did you use if I may ask ? it looks just right to my eye.

WannabeFarmboy, thanks for your kind words. I don't stick to any scale. For warplanes though I have 1:72 the most, I still have all the other scales from 1:200, 1:144, 1:100, 1:48 and 1:32. Many of which are still in box and I don't know where to display them once built. For some kits like B-52, XB-70, etc. you won't find bigger than 1:72, so go for them!

Really great looking build. I generally don't go smaller than 1/48 on aircraft because it's what I'm comfortable with and my big fingers are limited when working with small parts. However, I've been thinking about venturing down to 1/72 with a kit like this or a C-130 or something comparable to see how I like it. Don't believe I'll ever dip down to that scale with WWII fighters, but I may do alright with the bombers/transports and the like.

Nice work, but the nose gear doors fold upward on A model's to a few early blocks of J models.  Academy/Minicraft/Italeri copied their J models which is wrong.
