The next best thing from two kits are all those weapons that came with it. Quite happy with how had several sprues of GBUs, HARMs, Harpoons, SLAM-ERs and a variety of Sidewinders.

I've built three or four of those 1/144 Dragon kits and they are very nice indeed.  It's been a while though.  I love how you can get two kits in one box.  That's just the best!  I really need to pick up some more of them.

Thanks! The decals came from the kit actually: http://www.dragonmodelsusa.com/dmlusa/prodd.asp?pid=DRA4620 I have the Diamondbacks CAG on the workbench as of now, just finishing the cockpit and some dry-fitting.

Wow!  That is all kinds of pretty!  Either you have the worlds largest coin next to the plane or, at the very least, I'd swear that plane is so much bigger than 1/144 scale.  Excellent job!

Did those markings come with the kit or are they aftermarket?

Hi all! This one's my most recent build. Handbrushed with Vallejo Model Color and Tamiya Enamels as usual, I used an enamel wash (highly thinned Tamiya Flat Black). I'm a sucker for CVW-5 Super Hornets/Growlers, I have all except for the Dambusters CAG and the Shadowhawks Growler.  Anyway, here's the finished product:
