There is one change that I will make if I ever do this Batttle of Britain type scheme again on a Hurricane, Spitfire, or the Defiant that I have in the stash . . . I'll use a light grey in place of the pure white on the underside. I learned that after I finished this kit. A light grey still appears very "white" against the other colors - it just looks better.
When I look at this pure white - it just appears to be too stark.
I stopped using pure black a while ago - but I think I will stop using pure white as well. In modeling - as in life - there is very little that is Black and White.
