1/72nd Scale Fw-190Z

This is my first attempt at a kit bash! It started off by looking at old photos of Swannys 1/72 Junkers Ju-290Z Zwilling,  I admired as a youth watching the progress on this forum.

I picked up a pair of Revell’s  Fw-190 F-8 with the Bv-246 glide bomb and got to work on my first “what if” Zwilling! Ive still got aways to go with weathering.
Cheers,
Eric.

I like that, and definatly somthing the Germans might have considered. I have thought about doing a 290Z myself, but might be worth starting with somthing a bit smaller like this.

I am a Norfolk man and i glory in being so

Thanks Fox and Bish, I'm trying to expand my skills and at the same time imagination.

At the same time time trying to participate more online, I guess I’m trying to get over my anxiety of showing my work and having it judged by yourselves and the other modeling heavyweights like Toshi!

Oh my friend, I am no heavy weight at all.  I am not even overweight, according to my daughter I'm just fat!  LOL!  Never be afraid to show your masterpieces, you just keep getting better with each build sir!

This is something that I would not even consider attempting.  You've done an excellent and superb job on originality and scratch building.  Your attempt at this "What if" project is just nothing short of fantastic.  I am truly impressed.  What a great job you've done!
