Depending on how close you want to get, I wonder if you could start with an A-5 Vigilante as a base. There's a definite family resemblance there, but it's shorter by about 13 feet (a little over 2 inches in 1/72 scale) I'm not sure what you would use for donor wings and engine nozzles though.

The F-108 is what you are looking for.  Anigrand makes a 1/72 resin kit of the F-108 Rapier.  The F-107 was done in 1/72 by Trumpeter.

Good day,

Here is nice photo of this subject.   Please scroll down a few planes to see the subject in question.  I am trying to build a group scene for my daughter she is a fan of a Anime Show called Stratos four.  They use a TSR-2 and Yak-28 for mission aircraft and training aircraft. Airfix sells the TSR-2 for the show.  An Yak-28 is painted like a training aircraft  Silver and Orange.  The new aircraft they added in season two is MIG 31 again very easy to find in 1/72.  But the hard one which is called Stratos-4 is the F-107 with an XB-70 nose.  So I know this is going to be a total kitbash.  I just not sure what to use.

I was looking at the wings which are a simple delta so I have an older lindberg b-58 for the wings. As for the engines not sure maybe an f-15 and will have to look for a lindberg  xb-70 because I know the 1/72 kit is huge. Any suggestions are most welcomed.
