Well, speaking of Macchi

I like the Macchi 202, but really, really, really, really like the Macchi 205. I have noticed there are 3 manufactures, Hasagawa, Tauro and Italeri. Does anybody have the scoop on which one of these is the better kit?

IMO... you can't go wrong with the 1/48 Hasegawa 205 Veltro. Of the 3 you've mentioned, the Hasegawa 1/48 kits are best bang for the buck.  You can also go with the Eduard 202 Folgore kit which consists of Hasegawa sprues, Eduard etch and resin accessories. Not exactly a 205, but nice nonetheless.
