I agree. We could use a new tool P-36. After my experience with the new Airfix P-40, I'd very much like to see Airfix or Tamiya engineer a completely new kit.

The new Tamiya Ki-61-Id Hien is phenomenal. I'd really like to see this happen.

Nice job. I just built the same plane and enjoyed it. We could use a new-tool P-36 though to update this one. Nevertheless, it wouldn't look better finished than yours does.

Very nice Curtiss, indeed!
Among all these P-40s on every forum, it's good to see their ancestor which is a very beautiful a/c but totally forgotten by the companies producing models.

Very nice work Chris !

This seems to be a rarely modeled subject.  You can see that it's the Daddy of the P-40 - the family resemblance shows through.

Hi,

I always thought that the Hawk 75 and P-36 were great looking planes.  You really did a great jon, and I really like the paint job.  Thanks for sharing.

Nice!! I haven't seen many of these without the Vichy stripes.

It really let's the camo pattern shine.

Yes, what colors did you use?
